St Mary Greenhithe Centre for the Community

St Mary, Greenhithe is a Victorian Gothic style church, in an elevated position at the Greenhithe cross junction in the heart of Ebbsfleet. It is the only church visible as you approach Bluewater & is close to the proposed Ebbsfleet Valley development.
The church has excellent transport links. Greenhithe railway station is 400 metres away. Crossrail will serve Greenhithe in years to come.
The church is adjacent to all major bus routes including Fastrack & is easily reached by car. The church building is instantly recognisable, some would say iconic & has an appealing interior that could act as a local venue, as well as worship.
There is land available to provide level access, parking & new community facilities immediately adjacent to the church.

Our proposal is to utilise the land adjacent to Greenhithe church to create high quality, flexible facilities for church, community & business use, in what is a prime location in the heart of Ebbsfleet.
